horrible customer service.... my daughter called in an order of Clam strips with french fries... when we received it they gave us 2 clam chowder soup with 2 order of french fries. my daugther asked her to put them each order together... I called back to get the order correct... the girl that took the order is arguing with me that is what my daughter asked for and she cant take it back. she when as far to say they record the conversation and she can prove what my daughter ordered. instead of letting me hear it, she puts the manager on the phone. He explain to me I will have to place another order and I will not be reimburse ... After explaning to him, it is bad business, I have to pay for something I didnt want... long story short.. I had to take the lost. In return I hope they lose business based on bad management.. I would have paid for a new order if he offer some kind of discount. P.S. I never hear the tape recording the young lady told me she had... never again.
