SETON MANOR. My brother has been a resident of Seton Manor, an HIV residence for addicted people, since approx. 2000 or 2001. They used to do urine tests and no longer do. He claims heroin is widely available in the facility today. Alcohol is readily abused by other residents and my brother, who also is abusing numerous prescription , e.g. several prescriptions of Lorazaepam (prescribed by different doctors), Klonepin, morphine, etc., etc.

Seton Manor needs a raid. As well, there is a practicing architect living there for some years who is scamming SSI, a commonly known fact. Yet, the current staff turn their back to this fact. 6 or 7 years ago the substance abuse and fraud would not be taking place.

I have been carefully documenting these facts for about 3 years now; this is NOT a cursory or superficial observation on my part. Moreover, I have reported it to Seton Manor's management to no avail.
