Amazing Mac & Cheese!!.
I went here to eat before a show last weekend. It was wonderful!! It's a 2 minute walk from the Opera House. The food and service were equally amazing. Our waitress was great and helpful when we asked for suggestions. The manager came over to check on everything and was very nice to us as well. The Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls were a great appetizer. I had the Prociutto Mac & Cheese and it was amazing. My mother had the salmon and loved it. And the chocolate pound cake melted in your mouth! The drinks were also great. They have all kinds of margaritas, martinis, etc. I highly recommend Max & Dylans!!

Late night menu.
If you are hungry after a show this place stays open till 1:00 a.m. I think it was Tues thru Sat. nights. Love the sliders and Mac Cheese choices. The drink menu was pretty cool, I ordered a Watermelon martini and it came with a guy who pured some liquid stuff on it and it froze my drink in front of me...it was really cool and the martini was great

Best Mac and Cheese if ever had.
Was in town recently to see a show and walked by Max and Dylans on West St. What a surprise on a cold night to find this place. They had 5 or 6 kinds of Mac and Cheese all of which I could not choose from. I ended up with mac and cheese with prosciutto and boy was it tasty. Had a neat green tea martini with my meal which was great also. If you are ever in town by the theatres this is a great find.

An affordable Downtown Crossing savior for spontaneous drinking and high-end pub grub..
Downtown Crossing wanderers have a dependable watering hole in Max & Dylans. The trendy-casual spot is from Legendary Restaurant Group, the brains behind Scollay Square and Tavern on the Water. Racy black-and-whites of women in lingerie line the brick walls, lending Max & Dylan's old-timey digs a modern vibe. A long skylight on the second floor offers a glimpse of the downtown sky. The two-tiered restaurant dishes upscale pub grub like Kobe sliders, roasted haddock and an impressive variety of flatbreads and mac and cheese. Bars upstairs and downstairs pour a range of cocktails, plus the requisite wine and beer.
