Best Body Shop in New England. I highly recommend North Beacon Auto Body over any other body shop. Unfortunately for my poor car, I have been to them many times, 3 times just this year alone (terrible luck sometimes driving in the city). My car has suffered some pretty severe damage, and every time it looks as good as new.

It is family owned, and they couldn't care more about their customers.... honestly, how often does the guy fixing you car actually care about saving you money? In this case, they do. Let's get real, I am a young female, and a prime target for mechanics/body shops to rip off. My first time there, I was happy to realize that they actually charged me less than I had thought I was going to pay. And they are quick, even when they have to order parts I've never waited more than a week for my car. If no parts need to be ordered, it's usually only a day or two. They will even give you a ride to the nearest T stop when you are dropping off your car.

Basically if you want the best service, people who care, and to NOT break your bank, please go to these honest guys!!! I can't say enough good things about my (many) experiences with them!

Great Service in an Emergency. These guys were the best.

I drove up to Boston from New York City with my son to visit Colleges in the North East. I had planned to drive about 1,000 miles. After I stopped in Providance my car over heated and all the anti freeze leaked out of the radiator. I limped into Boston and went on line to look for someone to repair my car. It is stressfull enough to be looking at Colleges that you cannot afford without your 14 year Chevy breaking down.

I found them on line at 7pm and called the number and spoke to Ron and explained my situation. He said that if i could make it out to his shop in the morning he would be there at 5 am. Answers phone late and early.

Whed I got there just after 5am he checked my car in and said that he would call at 9.30am to let me know what needed to be done. He drove me to the "T" station and I was back in the city in 30 minutes.

His partner Mike called me at 9.30 to say that I need a new radiator and he was shopping around for the best deal for the one that fit my car.

After speaking to Mike a few times during the day he said to come around 3pm and my car would be ready. When I got there he was finishing up and I was out of there a half hour later.

He charged what I thought was very reasonable to take me in as an emergency and I was able to complete all my College tours and ended up doing 900 miles and got back to NYC before Hurricane Irene came ashore.

Overall I was very satisified with the service from Ron and Mike at North Beacon Auto Care and would reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a dependable Garage to use on a regular basis. If I lived in Boston I would definately always use them.

Great Job Ron and Mike, thanks for getting me out of a jam.

Ladies! Finally, a mechanic you can trust!. North Beacon Auto is the best. This family-owned business offers prompt, inexpensive and professional service not only with a smile, but with efficiency and forthright honesty. They painted and affixed a heated mirror to my wounded toyota camry; the work was done promptly, inexpensively and professionally. Minor mechanical work from Mike was done equally well! I have no hesitation in recommending this shop - five stars, hands down!

Great auto body and repair!. Great people, give quick and reasonable service, and will tell you when something isn't worth repairing. They do all kinds of auto work as well as auto body repair. All our cars have gone here for over 10 years and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. If they ever close up shop, we'll have to give up driving.

A first class operation. Very pleasant folks to deal with, and they do their best to get the job done right and as soon as possible consistent with quality work. On several occasions where a little additional cleanup or adjustment was required, it was done promptly, satisfactorily, and at no additional charge.

BEST autobody shop in Boston. I had minor body damage on my car and had North Beacon auto do the repair. Not only did they do a great job quickly, but they also charged less than half of what I was quoted at the dealership and other body shops. These guys are stright forward; none of that sleezy "used car salesman" crap. They will explain exactly what needs to be done and break down the cost for you. If you need an honest body shop that does good work and charges fair prices, look no further.

Best service for the price in Brighton. I have had body work and have had mechanical repairs performed on my vehicle at North Beacon Auto Body, and am very satisfied. I paid far too much over the years either going back to the dealer, or going to chain service centers (Nat'l Tire & Battery, Meineke) in the area - before I found North Beacon Auto Body right at my doorstep (virtually).

They are very honest, and will never sell you anything you don't need. Their prices are unbeatable.

Best Car Shop in Boston!. Mike and Jason are amazing. I have an older Audi A4 and before I met Mike and Jason I was spending thousands every year just trying to keep it in good enough shape to stay on the road. Those days are in the past! Mike and Jason have amazingly fair prices and they never try to sell you things you don't need. I will never go anywhere else for my car.

No headache body work. After a front-end collision I asked the good guys over at Meineke in Brighton where should i take my car for bodywork - they hands down, recommended North Beacon Auto. This is an all business no BS body shop. There aren't fancy wait rooms with coffee and crumpets, which is good because I wasn't there for coffee klatsch - I just wanted my car to look like it did before the accident and have as little paperwork hassle as possible. Jason over there took care of everything. The car came out looking as good as new. He wrangled with the insurance paperwork. All i needed to do was give him the claim number and the keys. He did the rest. Later, i had an issue with one of the mud flap fenders in the front. Jason took care of it no cost. A dealer would have charged me $200 to fix it. They bring your rental car right to you. Its all taken care of.

I just recently got sideswiped and I'll be having more body work done on the side of my car. I'll have to update following that work, but so far its the same excellent service based on trust. What else can you ask for.
