Great Place to Go Before the BC Game. Roggie's is a great place to grab a beer before heading to the Boston College games. They have the largest selection of beers around including Magic Hat #9 (my fave) and they have awesome drink specials. I also like all of the TV's so if you stay for another round you can watch the game on one of many TV's.

pretty much what you'd expect. It's a decent bar but there isn't anything really special or noteworthy about it. Boston has tons of this scene, the totally approachable bar that attracts college kids, that is great fun if you are 20 and when you are 30, well not so much.

Fun atmosphere and Tasty food. Roggies Brew and Grille has a freindly and fun atmosphere where you can always find the food satisfying! They open at 11am every day which suits my hangovers very well...especially on weekends....where theyll serve you a complimentary mimosa with any brunch order.

Their wing special from 4-7pm is the best in town...ive never had better wings at any other restaurant. Oh yeah, they even serve $2.00 bud, bud light, bud select, pbr, molson, miller light, miller high life, coors light, michelob light all on draft!!!

Whether youre coming in for a quick bite or looking for some entertainment Roggies will do the job.....they even have karaoke, open mic, and DJs!!! There is a basement with a bar which is perfect for private parties. My friend had her 21st there in the Cavo Lounge. Everyone had a great time and we got to decorate the entire room....we even ordered off their catering menu and set up a buffet of food. Roggies even supplied us with an awesome cake!!!

Anyone who hasnt been to Roggies yet is definately missing out!!!!

Not worth your time. Who cares about their food, the value, the atmosphere. The bottom line is this place has the worst customer service. Time and time again the Roggie's staff have proven themselves to be racially prejiduced and their treatment of customers of minority descent is terrifying. Yelling "Chinatown in the house" because Asian customers are present is unacceptable. I went once with my boyfriend and we were both refused service because I was under 21, even though it was past 7 o'clock (after happy hour) and there were seats available. My friend went this afternoon and was refused service because she only had a MA id (she has no driver's license and doesn't carry around her passport 24/7). When I called, the person who ansered initially assured me that a state id was sufficient for entry into happy hour. It seems like that is the prevailing logic but after I was put on hold their id policy miraculously changed to only accepting liquor ids. Sounds like bs to me. I wonder if their policy would have been different had my friend not been Asian. Whatever. This place is trash.

Boston College staple offers 52 beers on tap, diverse menu and a multitude of entertainment options.. In Short
Located just steps from campus, this BC hangout keeps students and other twenty-somethings coming back for its affordable drinks, varied menu items and funky atmosphere. With 52 brews on tap, even the most uppity beer snobs will find something appealing to quench their thirst. Depending on the night, expect live music (including local acts and open mic nights), karaoke or DJ-supplied dance tunes.
