Freddy the owner was very responsive. Freddy the owner was very responsive to the concerns I had about my repair. While the initial work had a few issues, he was very concerned to hear this, acknowledged them, and did what was necessary to make it right. I ended up very satisfied. If you have any issues with your repair for whatever reason, make sure Freddy knows about them.

These guys are like the big brothers that I never had! I have never had a family member take care of my car but I can only imagine that they would have the same care and consideration as A-Z Auto.
Being young and female, I am accustomed to being taken advantage of by garages. I can't say enough good about this place. They are honest to a fault. The quality of work they do is amazing and in my experience the customer service just keeps getting better and better. Through repeat encounters they made it clear that they are genuinely concerned with the wellbeing and safety of their customers. Plus, they do it at a more than reasonable price.
I initially brought my car in because the check engine light was on. Sadly, upto this point I had neglected any maintenance except oil changes for three years. As a result they found several small exhaust leaks that were causing the light to go on but offered to replace one at a time to save me money. Because I needed my car on weekdays, this meant that I had my car filling up a space in their garage every Saturday for minimal service until the problem was solved (changing out the next suspicious leaky hose). They fixed one possible culprit every week for about a month and waived all charges except parts citing their "inability to solve the problem the first time". Are you kidding me?? They could have done all the repairs at once but opted to do one at a time to save me money on unnecessary repairs!
I then asked them to fix my brake pads which they did for a price WAY below the competition and with a very short turnaround time. During this time I mentioned that I would be driving across the country soon. They insisted on looking over my car to be sure it would be safe for the trip, again for no charge. It was clear they were not scouting for additional repairs - I caught them tightening a few screws without even telling me and they didn't come back with anything that suddenly needed to be fixed. They really were simply concerned that I have a safe trip. They even insisted that I come back for a free coat of wax the morning I pulled out of town to protect my car's paint job.
In sum: Honest service, great mechanics, genuine concern for their customers, and competitive pricing. I have recommended them to all my friends.
Not worthy when something goes wrong..
I was VERY disappointed with the services of A-Z Auto Center. I was talked into going to this business because they were recommended by my tower as well as AAA preferred. I brought my car in to be serviced mid-February 2010 for stalling on the road. After a week or two, I was told the computer system needed to be replaced. The following Monday, I received a phone call from A-Z stating that on the way to the dealership to replace the computer system, they got into a wreck while driving my car (which shouldn't have even been driven, rather towed) and waited 3 DAYS to call and notify me. They did not call the police about the matter and thus I have no police report to reference. My car was undriveable and nearly totaled.
Now, I acknowledge that accidents happen, but how A-Z handled the situation is unacceptable. They offered to get me a rental car, but the guy who was in charge of it went on vacation and no one else seemed to have a clue. After two weeks of waiting, calling, and more waiting, I go and personally request the accident report so I can forward this to my insurance and let them deal with it. A-Z hadn't even filed an accident report nearly a month after the wreck had occurred. I even got yelled at for contesting the charges for the work they had performed (due to the fact that they wrecked my car and didn't deliver the product as promised.) I didn't think it was necessary to explain this.
Now, it is four months later, and I am out a $500 deductible and A-Z has not made ANY efforts to correct their mistake. This is not a way to treat a customer.
I dropped my car off one evening, with the night attendant. The next day the owner calls me with a list of things they they want to repair. First question why the mechanic was not calling me? I was quite shocked by this list because the next words out of my mouth where "what about the problem I brought it in for?" The original problem was that the car would not idle properly and stall out.
A few of the things that they wanted to work on where the E-Brake and replace the radiator.
After he looked at the actual problem, he then called back later saying that he wanted to do 1,000+ in repairs.
I told them not to touch a think and got my car out of there as fast as possible. I got home and looked at and tested the E-Brake and radiator and definitely did no need repair.
So be prepared to pay for a whole lot of useless repairs if you bring you car there.

A-Z came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. My fiance and I were extremely impressed by the repairs on both of our vehicles and on my motorcycle.
We also found that Billy and the team at A - Z are professional, honest and conscientious. We definitely plan on returning to A-Z in Brighton for all future vehicle servicing needs!
NOT HONEST AS PEOPLE SAID.
I have a air condition condenser problem last winter and got it changed and fixed in AZ.
Because it was winter so I never tested the air condition. However, last month I first tried the repaired AC and it was not working at all. So I went to AZ and ask them to check whats going on. In the afternoon I came back and they told me that it is because last winter when they repair the air condition condenser, the Freon is gone (because of the repairing), so now they refilled the Freon and need to charge me an additional $170.
So in summary, they did not fix my A/C problem and charged me the second time for the same problem (or the problem caused by the repair process). They did not inform me the A/C is empty of Freon last time when they repaired it, and did not inform me this time before they fill the Freon. Just wanna charge me when I went back.
I don't even want to start the topic of the price $170 for just filling the Freon.

Not only is everyone at A-Z helpful, honest, and knowledgeable, but they are also incredibly good at what they do, and they do the work for a fair price!
For years I have been taking my car elsewhere and paying a fortune--and STILL not having the work done properly!! Now that I have found A-Z, I will never take my car any place else, I have been spoiled by great service!
A PLUS PLUS. I jus bought a car and went to service it at A-Z service center. All employees were great. They attened to my car as if it were there own. I had many question, I dont know much about cars and by the end felt educated on them. Thank You!!

Absolutely great quality and price. I searched long and hard in the Boston area for a good body shop and have now found one. I recently brought a new 2009 Murano to the shop to have scratches removed on the side of the car. Within three days we had the car back which looked brand new! They also repaired a small dent in the body at no extra charge. James and his team are worth every penny.
Great auto body repair and customer service. A Z Auto Center was great! I needed to get some body work done on my car and I was able to walk in and get a quick estimate. I had to use my car for business travel so I wasn't able to have he repair it right away, but they said they would honor the estimate when I came back. They let me make an appointment about 3 weeks later. The car was ready when they said it would be. To top it off, when I came in to pick up the car, it was washed inside and out and I didn't even have to ask! Great service, honest work! Thanks A Z!
