Horrible customer service Allston car wash will claim they have weather protection guarantee if you are a preferred member: As I came back,20 Hrs after I washed my car to get it washed again after a rainy night, they claimed that it goes only by Allston weather And as a Watertown resident (a mile away) who live in a different climate condition I am not entitled for a free wash, as for a refund for the rest of the wash coupons there respond with “ give it to a friend” no refunds. While I approached the manager in a respectful manner he refused to step outside and look at the car, was rude and offensive . At list I paid with credit card…the money is back.
Cons: worst service ever
