Rude - Expensive - Poor Job Washing Car. The folks at Allston Car Wash are rude and do an awful job washing cars. After my car was run through the wash it had brown dirt dripping off my car and the interior was not completely vacuumed. I asked the people that dried the car to finish cleaning it and they refused - I'm assuming since they didn't speak English. I brought it around to the front and was scolded at by the manager for pulling it in to be rewashed. Definitely not satisfied.

Allston car wash will claim they have weather protection guarantee if you are a preferred member:

As I came back,20 Hrs after I washed my car to get it washed again after a rainy night, they claimed that it goes only by Allston weather

And as a Watertown resident (a mile away) who live in a different climate condition I am not entitled for a free wash, as for a refund for the rest of the wash coupons there respond with ? give it to a friend? no refunds.

While I approached the manager in a respectful manner he refused to step outside and look at the car, was rude and offensive .

At list I paid with credit card?the money is back.
