Terrible Place, Stay away!. I was optimistic when this place first opened but when I went in I was humiliated by the staff. First, CFS prices are way inflated, Wholefoods is much cheaper in comparison. Second, the 3rd time I went in to shop I was anticipating a nice night at home with my wife so I stopped by to get some cheese and prosciutto for a nice bottle of wine I bought. I asked for a 1/3 LB of prosciutto and got ridiculed and harassed by two staff members. these staff personnel were saying things like "Oh my god, how can you eat that, have you ever seen the way that is prepared, DISCUSSING!." I can only assume they were vegetarian and I was not. Then after I finally got the meat I ordered, after a very very long time, the girl open up a register because it was busy right in front of me and ignored me and then after I was just so slightly past her she took the person in back of me. I was furious, I almost left and I should have. I wrote management and called and never heard back, no apology, not even a response. As far as I am concerned after that experience, combined with inflated prices and terrible terrible customer service, I can say that I would not be upset if CFS went out of business. Its funny how some people are so self-righteous about their cause, as the vegetarians who waited on me were, but work in a place that serves meat. Instead I was discriminated against. Talk about hypercritical and ignorant!
