DO NOT TRUST ALPHA MANAGEMENT!!!. DO NOT TRUST ALPHA MANAGEMENT!!!

My girlfriend and I saw a place they advertised for $1,500. We applied, we're accepted and were on our way in to sign the lease when we received a call. Alpha Management decided they were raising the rent $450!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently they can get away with this because we hadn't signed the lease yet even though they had accepted our application and had advertised and showed the place for $450 less.

My girlfriend and her daughter spent the night crying as they were so excited to move in and had already picked out furniture. I will never forget how awfully we were treated.

Great landlord.. Great people, and very professional. The apartment was confortable. Mr. Munther Faisal generously gave us a parking permit whenever I asked one.

Great Affordable Living in Boston. Alpha has always been very considerate and accomodating to us as tenants. Every experiencing we have had in speaking with their staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I have especially appreciated the services of Mr. Munther Faisal, who has always gone out of his way to make sure we are living comfortably and safely. I would recommend living in one of Alpha Management's units anytime. They are affordable and pleasant.

Alpha is great!!. The office at Alpha Management has been incredbily helpful in finding us a place to rent! They have been friendly and courteous and also very patient, especially Munther Faisal. I highly recommend renting from Alpha.

they lost my kitty.. NEVER rent from alpha management. They are terrible landlords, they are scummy, rude and dont care at all about their tenants. They show up all the time unannounced to show the apartment to people. This afternoon they showed up while no one was home and I came home to find one of my brand new kittens missing. I just got two 8 week old kittens only a week ago and I came home to one of them wandering around the apartment meowing and acting strange and the other no where to be found. I called alpha management to get some help from them about this situation and they didn't do a thing. The only piece of information about the broker that they would give me was his name, which i could barely understand with their horrible accents. I am so furious at this company. They are useless, terrible people.

100 % Satisfied!. I highly recommend you to get an apartment from Alpha Management if you are looking for one. They provide you a clean, large, and comfortable apartments with a wonderful service for affordable prices including heat, water, and electricity! Whenever something needs to be fixed, you call the office and they will send someone within couple hours.

They are not only all quick, responsible, professional, but also nice people. They truly serve their customers with a lot of care. My husband and I are totally satisfied.

Worst Real Estate Company Ever. Stay away from Alpha Management! They are the absolute worst when it comes to apartments in boston. Their buildings have a variety of rodent/insect visitors/tenants, and they never answer any maintenance calls about anything. Hot water in the mornings are also a rarity.

We paid our rent, and a week later they're coming over to our apartment asking for another thousand bucks and pushing us for it like they were the mob. My roommate went out to allston to clear it up, and they had our original checks on file. They said "whoops."

Alpha Management is the new standard for apartments screwing over tenants. Stay away from this company like herpes; there's nothing happy in it for you.

They are a scam! Do not rent from them!. Please never do business with this company. They'll keep your security deposit with a million excuses. My friends in the building had to go to court with them and collect $1000. Anoir, Monser, Josh they are all unprofessional thieves. They all need to go to jail .
