The team at International are terrific. Huge range of bikes, from Trek through to luxury European Ferrari equivalents, like Pinarello. They have the knowledge, expertise, resources and committment to back it up as well. From fully customized through to off the shelf, from kids, to pro, you just have to ask. I purchased my road bike and the whole experience was characterized by honesty, professionalism and a good sense of humor. Since the purchase, it's like having my own "pit crew" on call. Any questions or concerns, they're responsive, professional and quick to help.I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a good long term relationship with a bike team who are definitely all pros.

Pros: Great staff, large range of quality bikes, good deals, committment to customer

Cons: no way

International Bike in Boston has a terrific team of bike enthusiasts who can't do enough for the customer. It's really clear that satisfaction is a priority and that they're looking to establish long term customer relationships. There's Karl, the triathlete who's enthusiasm about bike gear is contagious, Seth who is extraordinarily patient and professional; he takes as much time as it takes to get you fit absolutely perfectly. Eric the techie, who'll track down almost anything no matter how obscure, and Harold, the owner who is in the trenches with the team and always willing to help out with the best deal. Often, the words, "... this is cheaper and better value for money ", were spoken, and they were correct. Not something I'd expect from a retail business. The mechanics handle the bikes with kid gloves and assemble them as if it were their own. My experience has been great and I recommend them without any hesitation. Whether you're a student with a disabled Huffy, or a pro racer hopeful looking for the latest in high tech carbon and electronics, these guys will put it together meticulously and keep servicing it to keep it running as new.

Pros: Extensive range, Experienced professional staff, Budget friendly, Wallet wise, Great Service

Cons: Absolutely none!
