Editorial Review for Le's – by Citysearch Staff
In Short
Many first-time customers of Le's (formerly known as Pho Pasteur) make the mistake of ordering too many dishes, as most entrees are large enough for two. Straightforward pho (noodle soups) prove popular, and the adventurous have many interesting dishes (caramelized catfish, fresh squid with scallions) to choose from. Bowls of vermicelli, topped with grilled meats, shredded lettuce, mint and roasted peanuts, are meals in themselves. Traditional desserts include chilled Asian fruits and creamy rice pudding.

This is my favorite restaurant in Boston. Delicious, inexpensive, quick & healthy. This is one of those places you can eat at everyday without your wallet getting smaller and your waistline getting thicker. Best Pho in town! Highly recommended!
Pros: Cheap & fresh
Cons: Parking

The food here is fabulous. It's cheap and the food comes out quickly. There is also plenty of room to come with a bunch of your friends.
