Honest and Hardworking!

I was careful to read reviews prior to signing up with Carmel Movers, and they were true to form. There was an error on their end, initially costing an extra $55 (read more below if interested), but I formally complained via email and was responded to promptly, offered many apologies and a refund of the $55. The 2 men that moved our belongings worked at breakneck speed despite obstacles such as our narrow staircase and doorways. I highly recommend these guys.

The issue: We discussed prices over the phone, and I was told 3 men would arrive to move my belongings, which I knew would take 2 hours. At some point, Carmel changed the work order and only sent 2 men, who required 2hrs, 20min. The workers understood my situation and worked extremely hard.

• Pros: Honest guys at the business end and hardworking guys doing the move.
• Cons: They initally made an error (but so does everyone) but FULLY corrected it and sent multiple apologies.
