Fantastic alternative breakfast/coffeehouse. I love bringing my out-of-town friends here when they visit. This coffeehouse has a punky vibe - there's legit art on the wall and the tables are covered in colorful newspaper. The food is absolutely delicious. I love the everything bagels and french toast. They also have quality drinks - the fruit smoothies are filling, and the iced coffee is the best non-chain coffee in Allston. It can be tough to get a table, and the service is really friendly but slow - so slow that I've had to wait 25 minutes for a bagel to be toasted. But the cashier guy is just so nice, I can't even be that mad about it! Great if you're vegan, they have a bunch of options for alternative diets.

Good Muffin. As my neighbor said after sampling a piece of the blueberry muffin procured at 10:59pm on a Saturday night in passing: "That's some good muffin!"

I concur.

Last call for coffee: this late-night hangout offers ice cream and java at the nexus of a diverse neighborhood.. In Short
Students mulling over homework sit alongside musicians getting caffeinated before a gig at this funky ice cream and coffee spot. In addition to the expected roster of sundaes, frozen yogurt and milk shakes, there are creative coffee concoctions like the Almond Joy latte. With dozens of restaurants and nightspots nearby, this is a relaxed place that's great for reading or playing around with magnetic poetry before or after the evening's main event.

great breakfast. so besides their awesome ice cream.. they have a variety of breakfast options. their pancakes are pretty good, especially the chocolate chip pancakes. there isn't a lot of seating, but the place is cute and inviting.

Not just ice cream!. Okay, so their cookies and cream is the BEST... but I had an excellent turkey sandwich too (they do lunch now, yay!) and quality iced tea as well. Decent prices, fun atmosphere.
