Citysearch Editorial Review. “Real” in the name of this casual West Roxbury eatery stands for unassuming. What you see is what you get. It serves an array of hearty sandwich fare, hot paninis, 18-inch pizzas, half-pound burgers and boneless buffalo wings, and welcomes any and all with its neighborhood feel. Most options on the lengthy menu are named after gangsters and other funky characters, such as the locals’ perennial favorite “The Darth Vader” black pastrami sandwich or “Carmela Soprano” roasted eggplant panini. Copious portions leave no patron hungry and aim to please both child and adult—from a side of spicy fries to build-your-own wrap.
