Great food, highly recommended. We went recently, not having eaten at the restaurant for awhile and were not disappointed. The place hadnt changed much except for the bar area which was totally renovated and had many HD large screen TVs (you can see them no matter where you sit) which were great for watching the game. I had the Eggplant parm which was excellent (great sauce, ample cheese, and fresh bread, and dad had the steak sandwich. He thought the sandwich was fantastic and so big he couldnt finish it-so he took it home for another meal. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Tonys.

West Roxbury red sauce joint is a relic of a bygone era.. In Short
With its dated, lived-in feel and affordable menu of Italian-American favorites, Tony's has hosted multiple generations of area residents in search of a filling meal among friends. The congenial bar area serves as a good spot for those looking to catch the game, while the larger dining areas haven't changed much over the decades. Those hoping for anything more au courant than heaping bowls of spaghetti marinara and chicken parm are let down by Tony's old-school menu.
