Best overall salon in Boston/West Roxbury area. I am a regular customer at this salon. I have had everything done there waxing, laser hair removal( which really works) my color with Pauline or Alana they are so sweet and know what they are doing. I have even had a relaxer there with Patsy and then was recommended to the Japanese straightening system Bio Ionic which I love thank you Jenny. My hair cut was fantastic from Nancy or Christine, who also do extensions. This salon is wonderful. I just recently went in and was offered a hair treatment for $10.00 that seriously transformed my hair. I have been to other salons in Newton and in Boston (Newbury st) that were way overpriced and didn't nearly offer as much and wern't as good as the team here. You always hear when someone hates something, I figured for once when you like something it's good to tell someone too. This is a must try if you are looking for a new salon. I hope this helped you.

WHO CUTS HAIR DRY?. I had the worst haircut there, the stylist was cutting my hair dry and when I asked why she said it was technique, what a bad technique. My hair was uneven and about 1 inch in length when i left there. She cut it all off while it was dry/ I have never had my hair cut while it was dry and never will again. I have a short mens haircut but when I left it was atrocious , I wore a hat for 3 weeks while my hair grew!
