This place is a complete joke. This place is a total joke. First of all, the customer service is terrible. The sales reps are very rude. You can stand in the middle of the floor and wave your hands and no one will help you. I have been ignored completely on several occasions when shopping there. Secondly, the women working at Victoria's Secret have no idea about fitting a bra. I have been measured on many occasions and advised the wrong size each time. It took me years before I finally visited another store where I was fit for the right size. For the first time in my life my bra actually fit! I gave Victoria's Secret another chance recently and I was told by one of the sales representatives that they didn't have my size in stock so I should try a completely different size. That was just plain ridiculous! I'd much rather spend twice as much on a bra and have a rewarding and pleasant experience.
