I used this company once and will never go back again. All was fine until I got my key and went to start my car. The key had been forcibly removed with the ignition in an improper position which damaged my lock cylinder. The lock cylinder now has to be replaced at a cost of $300. I showed this to the attendant on duty and he had me fill out a damage report, saying that they had insurance to cover this sort of thing and promising that his manager, Patrick Flavin, would take care of it. I paid the exorbitant amount of $92.50 for four days parking and went on my way. When I called Patrick Flavin, he was rude, combative, and refused to listen to anything I had to say. He told me that I was lying and trying to scam him and then he hung up on me. Now I’m out the $92.50 plus $300 to fix my car and I feel like I have no recourse at all. If you want your car to be safe, park it at the airport. If you want convenience, take a cab. If you want to have your car damaged and be yelled at by a disrespectful moron, by all means go to Park, Shuttle & Fly.

This is a convenient and spacious paid parking lot near Logan airport. It is very easy to get to. They have frequent shuttle service to the airport. Once after returning from a trip late night in December, my car did not start. The person was kind enough to give a jump- start. PROS: lot of parking available CONS:
