VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!. In today's society its nice to meet very professional people. My doctor called me on a weekend to follow on my initial ER visit, great touch and professional!! I would recommend Lux Dental to any of my friends. Already my daughter and wife come here and have excellent experience. I was very impressed by the treating dentist and the specialist. Besides their impressive educational background, they have a genuine interest in my well being!!! After consultation, they gave me my options and so far the work has been great. Overall, they are very good...thank you all for everything.

WORST DENTIST EVER !!!!!. i was suprised to see any positive reviews about this dirt hall!!!! i dont know where to start! .. i went to lux just to get simple filling, but they were greedy so it turned in to nightmare! they did everthing to charge me extra. they also wanted me to see THEIR oral surgeon before they could fill , because they might be a itty bitty infection soo they couldnt fill it . after they cost me money and time , no job done!!! i asked to get my x-ray because i wanted to go to different dentist , they wanted $30 for a print out copy !!! sooo i ended up going to dentist my friend recomended , he immediatly filled my my tooth, he was very disgraced by this lux crook dentist, he said they lied to me to charge me more money, .... these doctors right out of schools so they get all the money they can from you to pay their school they dont care about your mouth !!! lux dental hires these young girls (cheaper) they werent clean she didnt know how to operate x ray machine and hurt my gums soo bad and she didnt wear gloves i was lucky i didnt get infection in lux dental office dirty dirty dirty!!!!!!

CARING, COMPASIONATE AND VERY COMPETANT!. I had put off going to the dentist for years as the one I went to since I was a child retired. I had several cracked teeth and multiple cavities and I was embarrased to go see anyone.

I got an infection in my jaw and went to a dentist at Aspen Dental in Quincy. He was beyond rude and made me feel like crap. He blamed me for the infection and I went home humiliated in pain and in tears.

I again waited to see a dentist for another month or so and then i heard about Lux dental. I made an apointment and was treated like a HUMAN BEING! Dr. Kashefi and Dr. Abdul are AMAZING! The staff remembers my name and are always friendly and helpful. They have never once made me feel embarrassed or ashamed of my teeth. 4 root canals, several fillings and over 15 appointments later I AM NO LONGER AFRAID TO SMILE!!!!!!! This was the best experience I have ever had, I cannot thank them enough!!!!

EXCELLENT RESULTS AND SERVICE. I deal with people for a living and my smile is very important to me. I am a really busy person and need things done as soon as possible. I came to lux Dental in hopes of them fulfilling my needs. i had some cavities and wanted veneers-i smoke and drink coffee a lot so i wanted something permanent. The office manager was very thorough and quick in setting me up with payment plans and providing me with appointments and explaining things to me. Dr Doctor is a perfectionist i tell you, very picky person-good way. But it paid off because the result was absolutely GORGEOUS. Love my smile!! Thank you for all your patience with me Dr Abdul and staff. Will recommend this place to all my colleagues.

GO IF YOU WANT THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. i had to get an emergency service on a sunday and this was the only place open. they charged me in full and said they will pay me back once they verify my insurance information on a business day. they never did anything for several month until i called them every few days and when they finally did, insurance claims were denied, saying the dentist used for the claim is inactive. i had to call them again every few days and even go visit them until they submitted a new claim, but got denied again with the same reason.

it took almost half a year for them to at least file the claim and they were the rudest people ever. i was never able to get my money back because these people didn't care enough and the dentist who treated me had invalid license. the service they did for me was horrible, i had to go to another dentist to get it fixed. YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO GO HERE...

Fraud. I have paid cash for my service at this Lux fraud dentist and then after that they charged me in my insurance as well when i tried to varify with them they show attitude, nothing else. Please keep away from this kind of frauds.

AMAZING DENTAL OFFICE!!!!. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I was very concerned about the way my teeth looked. I never had braces but knew i needed them and was always postponing my dental treatments. I was highly recommended by several people to Lux Dental so i came in one day after work to make my appointment. The receptionist was very good and explained what the first visit would be like. When i came to my appointment i noticed that everyone was so nice, the technology - so advanced and I was just very comfortable there. I met the dentist and he answered all of my questions - my main concerns were taking out my wisdom teeth and invisalign. This was truly a very nice dental office. I left the office with another appointment to come back. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs ANY dental treatment!! looking forward to my next appointment!

worst dentist ever. I would never recommend this dentist to even my worst enemy. I went the first time and thought it was alright but after they tried to fill my filling it was aweful. it hurt so bad and the dentist i had said it was my fault it hurt. i figured it was maybe because i was nervous but it has been hurting ever since and this was done about 4 months ago. i went to a different dentist to get another opinion and they stated that due to the filling not being done correctly i would have to get a root canal. after about a month i was chewing gum and the filling that this dentist did fell out. i had to have this looked at and now i have to get all of my wisdom teeth out. i asked them for my records and i was hung up on, i now have to pay 25.00 for my records, they cant print them out correctly because everything is digital and myself and my mother have called them about 10 times to have them give me my records and i have received nothing but attitude and i have been talked down to. this whole experience has been aweful and like i said i would never recommend these people to anyone.

Best Dental Experience I Have Ever Had. It had been a while since i had seen a dentist. From what i remembered i absolutely hated it. My teeth got pretty bad though and well, i HAD to go. over the past two years i have been bouncing back and forth between many dentist. Just as i remembered, it was awful. In those two years i managed to get one tooth fixed. ONE! And had 4 or 5 pulled! But Then.....

Then I stumbled onto Lux. going into the first appointment i was dreading it. "Oh great here we go again.." i thought. But upon leaving that had all changed. The staff are great. Very nice and caring. WIth none of that degrading talk about yer dental habits. They get right down to business and form a plan. One based around what you can afford and would like to do. Instead of just forcing something down yer throat, they work with you to form a plan. Once that plan is in place they get right to it. I can't say enough for the staff there. (i mean i'm actually writing a review they are so great)

Then on the treatment side of things. It's top notch. Pain is something YOU WILL NOT have here. If something hurts let them know, and they take care of it. Many dentist wouldn't work on me cause my teeth were so sensitive. I have had no problems here. Better yet they have fixed my teeth! Teeth that were worse than the ones i had pulled. I'm saddened I hadn't found them sooner. I could still have a full mouth of teeth.

The facility is state of the art. You get a nice big screen t.v. that displays yer x-rays instantly, as well the plan they formulated for you. So you always know whats goin on and was has been done. (Not too mention they let you watch yer choice of music videos streamed over the internet on it.)

Again i can't say enough about Lux Dental and the staff. They are amazing! I no longer fear the dentist. And can't thank them enough. I have recommended them to many of my friends. They love them. If you normally HATE dentists, give them a shot. They will probably change your mind.

Good caring Doctors. They were open on weekends. They stayed late to take care of my emergency. They cared and listened to what I wanted. Unlike many places I have been before, I knew what I was paying for. I was most impressed by the quality of my treatment. They even took a before and after picture for me.

I am not afraid to go anymore. State of the Art!!!
