Answer House has been providing quality residential substance abuse treatment for over 30 years to the South Boston, Boston and Massachusetts communities.

The program is based on recovery-focused groups in the house and in the community. Self-help groups are a vital part of the program. Relapse prevention tools and sober living skills are taught to clients in small groups within the facility.

State of Massachusetts-licensed counselors provide and direct the treatment.

• Cons: Not everyone is prepared for 4-6 months of treatment
