I am insured by Liberty Mutual and I had to go get my car inspected by them and send a report back to the agency... I called them up and the conversation was not too pleasant. I asked if they did inspections for liberty mutual and he said "yep", and I then asked what time was best. He said, "Now". I replied that I couldn't come in now because I was at work and he said, very agitatedly, "well what time IS good for you?" I replied " well, whats the best time besides now?" and he repeated "WHAT TIME IS GOOD FOR YOU" more agitated even. And I said 5:00, and hes like nope and he said 4 o clock...... The whole conversation seemed like I was doing him a disservice by making an appointment with him, and his tone was extremely rude. I am not going to go there for service, even for such a silly thing as an inspection.
