Easily the Best gym in the city
by bduffinlates8 at Citysearch
Life in Synergy is amazing because the instructors provide hardcore, serious, fun and entertaining classes that will keep you coming back. Knowledge, expertise and positive energy are in abundance with the instructors. They make each class fun, extremely fun, and challenging beyond belief. A workout that burns, and makes you feel so much better the next day. Further:
1. the place is not expensive compared to other pay per class gyms, and,
2. there is a HUGE variety of classes and seminars, and,
3. the gym is fancy and well kept, and,
4. the feel of community is created when working out at the gym.
#1 Gym in Boston
- Pros: High quality classes,Easy access, fancy, no commitments

Great class

I've been taking the Taekwondo dynamix class and it's really cool. It was an awesome workout. Can't exactly describe everything we did We were all over doing different kicking drills as well as boxing. All the while I felt the energy in the room was high.
Amazing and Unique Classes

I love taking classes but am so sick of the cookie cutter classes at BSC so I tried out a class at this new studio and it was absolutely amazing. I have been taking classes ever since and now I am totally addicted and can't wait to try out all the different classes. You can really tell how much thought and time goes into planning these classes. I love leaving in the morning after the boot camp classes feeling totally energized and ready for the day! There is no membership necessary so you can just drop-in whenever you have time without any commitment and you can do everything online through their website so it is completely hassle free. The staff is extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable and the facility is top notch! I can't recommend it enough.
- Pros: High Quality and Extremely Motivational
- Cons: Absolutely Nothing
