My wife and I visited the Bell's Location on I-10 and Beltway. We looked around for quite some time and not one of the (the store was not busy at all mind you) free associates even asked how we were or if we needed help. After waiting for 2 associates to finish their personal conversation the lady turned to us and asked us if we needed help. We said yes we need an entertainment center and a few other items. She took us about 5 feet and then another associate came right between us as we were talking and said "you need to help this lady." The other associate (a balding male) then looked at us, grinned then walked away. We were beyond livid and walked right past yet another free associate who witnessed this AND DID NOT SAY A THING!!! You can be assured that we will NEVER return to this store again and we will make sure if anyone is looking we will tell them NOT to go to Bells. Their service was horrific. We then proceeded to Star Furniture on I-10 (and fry i think) where we were immediately helped and we did purchase over 5k (in cash) worth of furniture from them. if you need furniture, that is who you need to buy it from, NOT Bells
Pros: It is right in the midle of a whole lot of construciton so most people will save the time and not go there.
Cons: Rude, overpriced, horried service, etc etc

This store's got great ads and even better deals. Unlike other stores with high ceilings and no value - Bell's has quality furniture and unbelievable prices.
Pros: Selection, helpfulness of staff, high quality
Cons: Not always open on Sunday
