Great History!. I went to the JFK Museum for the first time last week. I thought the history and the presentation were very well done and thorough. It was a wonderful way to spend a cold winter day.

Map Error. Map on this Web site is wrong! Map for JFK Library directs visitors to the JFK Building downtown in Government Center, not to the correct location in Dorchester. Please correct.

Film clips of our most charismatic president make up the bulk of the memories at this evocative attraction.. In Short
The original installations here were thinly veiled hero worship, but the exhibit no longer assumes that visitors have personal memories of the Kennedy administration. Instead, the museum presents the period with a real "you are there" immediacy. The rocky, windswept site offers dramatic views of both the inner and outer harbors, and the soaring building designed by I.M. Pei and partners is a treat in itself.

Awe Inspiring!. Whether you are too young to know of this president or you are old enough to remember what he did for our nation, you WILL NOT be disappointed. This first class museum is complemented with its first class staff. Visitors should allow at least 4 hours to fully absorb this walk through exhibit and its short films that chronical JFK, his family and his personal and political endeavors. I suggest that visitors do not bring children under the 5th grade. Whether you are a New Englander or a visitor, this museum should be on your list of things to do.
