Te fried chicken at Chef Lee's is anything but dry. I think they must marinate it partly in lard. Healthy this place is not (traditional southern yes, healthy not-so-much) but it IS very good and still reasonably priced. The sweet tea is the real deal as well. I have only been 5 times, but the quality is consistent, the service friendly, and the food well worth the drive from Watertown.
