Great Buying Experience

My wife was insistent on buying a Japanese SUV because of better gas mileage, but the salesperson at Sentry Lincoln dealership convinced me otherwise. What was neat was that he explained the new improvements in Lincoln's overall focus on fuel efficiency through actual stats and data rather than asking us to 'trust him'. We were sold on facts and not false promises, and my new Lincoln sure lives up to the hype. I had a great buying experience at this dealership. Everything from the customer service to the price was perfect. I'll definitely recommend Sentry.

Just got my new Lincoln Navigator from Sentry

I was completely sold after my sales rep at Sentry walked me through the features and specs of the new Lincoln Navigator. I ended up purchasing the SUV with fully loaded options and was able to negotiate a great deal on the add-on packages. My sales rep was very thorough with explaining all the details and answering my questions. Great guy to work with! Overall, the customer service at the dealership was excellent and I'll definitely recommend these guys.

Good Place to Purchase a Vehicle

They made sure that the car I purchased was within my budget and fulfilled my specific needs. At no point did I feel pushed or taken advantage of.I would highly recommend Sentry Lincoln-Mercury to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Great LM Dealership

Got my Lincoln Navigator from Sentry a while back. As far as I can remember, my sales representative was a very knowledgeable and wonderful person. He helped me very patiently and throughout my car selection. I went to various dealers in and around the city but ended up buying from Sentry as a result of the unmatchable price I was offered.

I also get my SUV regularly serviced at Sentry. So far, I have no complaints about the service. The job gets done fairly quick and I am satisfied with the dealership overall.

Good Experience

Great dealership! I highly recommend it. Their website is fairly easy to navigate and they have a huge line-up of cars to choose from. I ended up trading in my old Saturn for a new Mazda 3 and got a great price on it. The sales person who took me out on a test drive was very friendly and explained how the new Mazda 3 was different from its predecessors. I had a hassle-free trade-in process. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.
