Catfish, 7 course beef, pho, oh my !.
Pho 2000 has a large menu of Vietnamese food with options such as catfish and seabass, as well as the 7 course Beef, which my brother insisted we try. Though having gone through the full tasting, I wont do it again. Elaborate as it was, my taste buds weren't impressed.
As I've said before, what separates good vietname from great are basics, namely Pho. The broth is super flavorful, deep and delicious. The atmosphere is very casual. Service was spotty but eventually came around. I need to come and try more fish dishes and compare to Pho Hoa.
