If you're sick of pizza or fast food for lunch, check out this Dorchester grocery. They serve terrific sandwiches, all made to order. The hot pastrami and chicken parm are the specialties. The gigantic salad bar offers everything you need to make a tremendous, leafy lunch -- and they provide over a dozen different types of regular and low-fat dressings.
