I had several oriental rugs cleaned by this company and would recommend using them. They informed me that one of my rugs was not worth cleaning because of its condition. Thay saved me money! Very honest.

After calling in advance to confirm that they could clean my rugs, I took a cab all the way across town to drop off my rugs. They then said they could not do the job, contradicting what they indicated over the phone. Ater $20 and much time wasted, I was told to go somewhere else... They displayed a cavalier attitude and total disregard for my time and effort! Skip these guys and try elsewhere for rug cleaning...
