OUTSTANDING. Goll Insurance is by far the best insurance company in and around Boston. John Goll who owns and runs this insurance company is honest and works really hard at finding the best rates for his customers. He goes above and beyond. I would only recommend this insurance company. I have been to other insurance companies and they don't even compare. John really goes out of his way to help people. He shows a lot of compassion and knowledge. Thank you John for your outstanding customer service. You are one in a million.

VERY unprofessional. Was surprised as to how unprofessional the owner is. Wont get into too many details, but he was very disrespectful, deceitful, and extremely unprofessional. Dont waste your time, go to the next place.

My Dad went to their Dad, Now I've been their 25+ yrs. These Guys do an awesome job for me and my family and they do everything to keep me protected and covered for 25+ yrs. w/ my Home,Autos,Motorcycle Ins.

Best of the South End. While in the process of buying my first condo I stopped by Goll Insurance to notarize some documents. After notarizing my documents they provided a quote for my home insurance which was much more competitive than my current company. And they gave me the notary for free! Very easy to deal with........A+++

Depends on their mood. When your policy is nearing the end they call you and explain all your options and try to get you to do your home owners, business policys ect with them. When you need to make changes in the middle of the policy they don't have the time for you and are pissy with you.

They made it so easy. These guys dropped my plates off to me after registering my car!

I had an emergency at work and I could not get to their office by the time they closed. One of thier employees dropped my plates off at my building for me at no extra cost.

Best Insurance Agency. I have never been to a small company where the service was as through and professional. Advise is plentiful and not biased. They advised me what they felt would be my best options but did not attempt to steer me in any way. They seemed extremely dedicated to service and customer satisfaction. I did note that there was an obnoxious individual in the office while I was there and the individaul was delt with somewhat abruptly. I was extremely satisfyed

Bad attitudes. The men that work here are jerks. They have no respect for women. I wish I had gone to another insurance agent. They never return phone calls and are rude on the phone. They made a few nasty remarks about how impossable women are and that we are never happy. I have left his insurance company and took my business else where. Trust me, they enjoy taking your money but not doing thier job.......go somewhere else.
