rough service.
The checkout lady is very rough with fish and ignorant, apparently has no idea about "love for fish". She had an angry outburst on us because we were worried about the delay of the check out and
the bad-effect on the fish in the bag. Also not very kids-friendly.
If you are a hobbyist, I do recommend the fish to you(because particular fish would mean more than attitude to you) . If you are a beginner, go to Petco, much better service,good manners and 15-30 days guarantee there!.

Great customer service. All staff seems knowledgable and helpful. The owner is courteous and super nice. Outstanding customer service!
