As a coach to my cross-country team at USC, I know how important it is to know your numbers. You don't have to be training for the olympics either, you just have to be a serious athelete who knows what he or she is doing. That is why I periodically ask my students to go get their vo2max results. However, I needed to recommend them all to a place I knew they were going to get a knowledgeable and helpful staff. That is when I personally went to this place to get my own results and try it out first hand. They know about health and oxygen intake levels, and aren't afraid to explain them to you. The results were quite easy to read and were immediate. There was no waiting around. The customer service is definitely there. Everybody has treated me and my students with courtesy and the like. I do recommend you meet with them first and get an overview of what their process is actually like, and what you will need to bring with you when the actual tests will be performed. Other than that, I don't really have much else to say.
Pros: Easy to find, parking not an issue.
Cons: Can't really think of any.
