“Delicious entree and dessert, great service!”
I just came home from eating here at
the Arlington area location. Food was great and staff was good overall except our waitress. She kept interjecting into the conversation between my friend and I and listening to what we were talking about and then giving her opinion. While we were talking and she was serving wine she asked us how we knew each other, if we studied in boston and what we did.
She could also not open the bottle of wine we ordered. My friend had to open it for her. She then spilled it onto the table and did not clean it up properly. When I drank the wine it spilled onto my skirt that I was wearing.
The waitress kept interjecting into our conversation to the point where my friend had to ask her to not interrupt as it was annoying. At which point she left and other wait staff started serving us. She came back at the very end of the meal and didn't say much and just handed us the bill.
I don't understand. Last time I tried this place the food, the portions, the prices - were all unreasonable. I had a few pieces of raw broccoli and a scattered sampling of stale bread and was supposed to make a meal out of that? No thanks. Save the cooking yourself for home.
Delicious entree and dessert, great service!. This is definitely a unique dining option in Boston. While my boyfriend likes to huff and puff about paying outrageous prices when we have to cook our own food, this is definitely worth it. The service here is phenomenal! The food is also yummy - I wasn't a fan of the cheese fondue, but the entree fondue and the dessert... oh wow, the dessert... we ordered the S'mores, and it was the best dessert EVER. Definitely give this place a try - it's pricey but worth it.
Something different. We recently took my best friend here her birthday dinner. We wanted to do something unique and memorable and this was definitely a great pick. Our waiter was excellent, helping us pick option that worked for the entire group, which included both vegetarians and meat eaters. We were really impressed with the food (the wine and mixed drink options were equally fantastic) and found ourselves enjoying the meal and conversation for well over 2 hours. Leave room for dessert, it was AMAZING!!
Great Dinner & Service. I went with two other people and we all had very different tastes in food. One was vegetarian and the other did not care for seafood. Each of us had multiple options on the menu and were able to order accordingly. The service was great and very helpful as it was all of our first time there. I would recommend it for large or small groups for any occassion.
what a great concept. Was here to celebrate a friends birthday. This place is fantastic!!!! You basically order a bunch of different fondues and sides to dip. Food came out fast, was hot, and everything was delicious. It's a great place to start a night. Save room for dessert!!! And if you went elsewhere first, stop by here to finish your meal!!! It's a great time!
