I've been going to Dr Exford for about 7 yrs. Each time, I always feel well cared for and appreciated as a client. The only down side is the selection of frames.

I went to this Dr. when I was trying to find someone who could fit me for contact lenses (I have a very difficult perscription and most Dr.s in the area would not fit me). I got fitted and have been wearing contact lenses now for sixteen years because of this Dr. There were a few times when I did have to waite a while for the Dr. because he was taking extra time with his patients and giving them individual care rather than the standard ten minute visit we have all come to expect from our inferior health insurance plans (he also spent hours and days of his time working to help me so I didn't mind waiting). I currently live in Virginia finding a good Dr. has been difficult. The times I have called the office in Boston to get information or referrals, everyone has gone out of their way to help me. I would recommend this Dr. to anyone. Especially anyone who is having a problem getting fitted and really wants to wear contacts. This Dr. and his staff are kind, compassionate, and caring.
Pros: Excellent patient care
Cons: expensive (but worth every penny)
