If you are a woman who does not feel comfortable working out amongst women it is perfect for you! Otherwise, I would NOT recommend it. I couldn't quite get into working out while I was a short-term member. It reminded me of a women's version of "Gold's Gym".

- Cons: Charge money for towels, uninspiring to workout there, and the female trainers are in your face.

an all women's gym is key, it's the best gym i've ever been to, and i've been to a few. the whirlpool can't be beat. the locker romms are really nice. the equipment is top notch, classes are great. everything is great. no attitudes. i will never go to a gym with men. that's just not for me!

A few months ago, I decided to try Healthworks and have been going ever since. The facility itself is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The instructors are always upbeat and positive. They have helped me to get in shape and to learn about what works for my body. I really like this gym. I would highly recommend it!
