Fast and Excellent Service. John from J.A. Electric is GREAT!

I had to have some electrical work done to my smoke detector system before selling my home. I called John on a Thursday afternoon, and he agreed to come out to my condo first thing Monday morning, as I told him it wasn't a rush. He also explained what would need to be done and assured me that it was a fairly simple job.

He showed up on time, did the job quickly and professionally, and cleaned up when the job was done (he left my floor cleaner than he found it). He also found that I needed a new smoke detector due to updated city regulations, and he went out to get one while his colleague continued with the job, saving me a trip to Home Depot.

Finally, John was also very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him to anyone seeking electrical work.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable!. John came to fix a wiring issue at my condo and was extremely friendly, diligent and helpful in explaining what was involved. His work is precise and very professional and I look forward to working with him many times over on the projects I have planned. Five stars!

Reliable, Dependable Electrician. I had an electrical emergency in Boston and J.A. Electric was extremely responsive and attentive in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend J.A. Electric to anyone in need of an honest electrician. They were able to come in and complete the job quickly, explaining everything they were doing step by step so that I knew what was going on and why it was being done.It's hard to find honest and dependable people these days and I would definitely recommend and use J.A. Electric again. I am a real estate broker and for any brokers or agents, I would suggest you use J.A. Electric for your personal needs and professional referrals.

Excellent electrician!. John is wonderful! Great, patient, knowledgeable, fair, helpful... Came right out, assessed the need and met it in no time. Even came back the next day to help with an unrelated issue after receiving a pm call from yours truly. I would highly recommend John, and I will be contacting him again for any electrical issues.

No need to call anyone else!. I recently called John for some electrical work I needed done at my office.

First, I just want to say he is such a pleasure to deal with. He always has a grin on his face and is extremely courteous.

John showed up right at the time he told me he would and he actually called me 10 minutes before he showed up to let me know he was on his way. I couldn't believe it.

In a blink, the work was done. Everything came out perfectly and he even cleaned up after himself.

I couldn't be happier with the work John did and I will definitely call him for all my electrical needs.

Outstanding Service. I always prefer to deal with companies that are owned and operated by the same person. Where an owner does most of labor work himself. It gives a peace of mind that a job will be done with extra care. J.A. electric is one of those companies.

My case was a bit complicated. John listened attentively to what final result has to be. And quickly came up with a solution to my problem.

All project had to be done in several steps, involving permit, wiring inspector and electric company construction department. John saved me a lot of time, by making all phone calls to electric company which I would have to do myself. Also, it seems that he is in good terms with inspection department. Wiring inspector came out to my house the next day. That means, John had to get permit the same day he left my house. Thanks to John’s professionalism, project that usually would take a week to get done was finished in two days.

During project he answered my every question and explained what is needed to be done, the way non electrician can understand. He promptly returned my every phone call. He kept every promise he made. And again, he showed himself as a true professional.

Best help - no charge!. I called John when I accidently set off the smoke alarm in my entire building (I was trying to replace my smoke detector, but accidently found out it was connected to all the others in the building!). John suggested that I find the main fire alarm panel in the basement . While I made my way down to the basement, John stayed on the phone with me and told me to find a reset button and press it . It worked! No charge!! This guy is great. He'll definitely get my business next time!!
