If you're a little hard to fit you may have a problem -- rental tuxedos aren't altered for shoulder or waist, just for sleeves, and this isn't explained up front (at least, not to me at this store). The jacket that was delivered for me fit in the shoulders but was too tight. A larger jacket would have been too big in the shoulders. But if you don't like the fit, you'll lose your whole payment if you cancel 72 hours or less before you pick up your tux. Problem is, they don't schedule the suit to arrive for fitting until 48 hours before you pick it up. So if you don't like it you either lump it or lose a few hundred dollars.

Cons: Risky if you're a little hard to fit

They were great. My husband bought his tux and had his groomsmen rent from them. They were very much on the ball!

They got it right... on the third try.

I was finally able to get my tuxedo fitted properly, after going in three times. The first time I was measured, and told to come back in 2 days. When I returned to try the tux on, it was so ill fitting I could not believe it. I went back two days later and the tux finally fit fine, but the hems on the pants were crooked and they bunched around the ankles. All in all, not really worth the price that comes along with its Newbury address.
