It is truly a pleasure to visit Beaucage. From the moment I entered, everyone was so accommodating. My stylist took the time to ask my opinion throughout the appointment. Everyone was gracious and personable, and I love my haircut

I booked appointments for both my grandmother and I at the same time... was so pleased to know that I didn't need to worry about her, and that they would take great care of her even while I was being pampered. My grandmother can be a difficult customer, and I'm grateful for their (especially Jackie's) great flexibility and patience!

I received a Brazilian Wax by Karen that was great! It was not very painful as her technique was gentle and she knew the right kind of wax for me. I'll definitely be back!

Partial foils and a trim: perfect! Kelli matched my natural color from top to bottom to correct the ashy tone of the top and it looks like the hair I had when I was 20.

Troy Myers is the BEST!!. Beaucage is a great salon. Everyone is always friendly and eager to make you feel comfortable.

I have been a client of Troy Myers for many years, and he is an incredible stylist. I put my full trust in his choices and recommendations. He always answers my questions honestly and seems to have the perfect recommendations.

I continuously praise him and recommend the salon to friends and family because of Troy. I have never left an appointment with him unhappy in all the years he has been my stylist!

fantastic spa!. The waxing treatments are well worth coming in based on the effective and pain free results. Everyone is very friendly and I like the atmosphere. I try to offset the higher prices with coupons and discounts from lanirvana, groupon, and other deal sites.

Quality of Newbury, without the price or attitude. 1) Jenn did a really good job, simple as that. I am super picky about my hair and have not returned to a stylist in a long time in Boston (I feel like I've been to them all). She is only a junior stylist I think, but I can't imagine the senior stylists being any better, because I can't think of anything she couldv'e done to improve. The color came out exactly perfect and the cut was just what I was looking for. Way too often so I get too much cut off, but both times she took of just the right amount. Plus she made a good recommendation about which deep conditioner to use. Plus she was really nice and genuine. I will be going back a 3rd time.

2) I love all the specials and deals that Beaucage has.

3) It is not as stuffy as the other salons -- the desk girls actually smile at you even if you are a pretty girl, unlike most other salons where I get greeted with attitude!

4) Less expensive than the other salons but from what I've seen a truly comparable (if not better) quality with the best. You really get what you pay for.

I have been told never to darken their door again!. I originally went to Beaucage over 4 years ago, due to a bad experience at another salon. I needed my color more than corrected. Dean, the owner, was very nice, and had me work with Janelle. She was young, a little inexperienced, but worked hard. Over the last few years I have continued to see Janelle, even though she often didn't listen to me, and she has come to believe that she is a star. The devil you know and all that. I have tried other services there as well - manicure, eyebrows, etc., and have never really been happy, so I have just paid, kept my mouth shut, and gone elsewhere. Today was suppose to be a single process color (just the roots) and a haircut. My last haircut Janelle did about 6-7 weeks ago, had to be fine-tuned by another salon, in order for me to make a speech the next evening (she didn't want to fix the too heavy bang that blocked my vision), and even they were unable to get the hair dye off of my skin that had left there, and I didn't notice until I got home. What was I thinking going back??? When I refused to continue with the services, because the root color didn't match what she had done six weeks ago, and I didn't want to pay extra for a toner that washes out in one or two shampoos, I just said that I should just leave. No scene - this was just unsalvagable. The front desk told me that if I wasn't happy, I didn't need to pay, so I just left. After leaving the salon I received a text message from the diva, Janelle, I could not type here what she wrote to me. Janelle's inability to accept any criticism, or deal professionally with an unhappy client was shocking, but her subsequent behavior and infantile and rude text was shameful!

Great Brazilian waxing!. I went here last week for a Brazilian wax and I was surprised at how pain free it was! I had my wax done with Monica and of all the waxes I've had, this was definitely the least painful of them all. I just wish it wasn't so expensive for the waxing -- I'd come in alot more often!

I also got my hair cut and colored with Jen. I would say it went good but nothing to rave about.

Overall, I think the place is great. The staff is sooo friendly and no one there is snooty at all. They really take care of you there! I love it!
