Excellent. I've been going to this salon on and off for like 20 years now, and I must admit that the staff is extremely friendly, and they definitely know how to work with different textures of hair. I have never had a problem and am always satisfied with what I need to get done.

U gotta try this salon. I really enjoyed myself at this salon it was really nice. The staff was very informative on my texture of hair the salon was diverse as well welcoming. I hope to return to this wonderfull salon on my next trip. besides my hair was LOVELY see u soon thanks !!!!

Cramers Hair Studio. Me personally I had a great experience at this salon. They were friendily and very informative about my hair texture. I feel as though you get what you pay for products are not free. I highly recomend this place for all types of hair. It also in a great location. The copley Mall is a very nice place to visit . It is in the central Boston area in the middle of everything. I love my hair also thats a sure plus.I would surly go back when I'm in Boston again.

Do not recommend.. Stay away from this salon. They were rude, fake, and overly confident about average hairstyling. It is overpriced and even a basic conditioner costs extra money. In their words conditioning your hair costs extra and is considered an add-on so their services are "a la carte". I have dry ethnic hair, and have never seen a salon specializing in my hair type not use conditioner! That's a standard. The stylist was snobby and the owner was ever so boastful about a salon that barely delivers. It was not a relaxing experience at all, the stylist didn't listen to my requests, barely massaged and cleaned my scalp with shampoo. I was basically rushed out of there. It's not worth the price. You can get a much better haircut and blowdry for half the price at most places specializing in ethnic hair or any hair type in Boston, and at any other salon the conditioner would have been included. Avoid this place.
