Great Location, friendly staff. Small friendly hotel with small cute rooms, very clean and comfortable. Very cozy lobby, great specialty coffee maker which is free. They have wireless internet that works perfectly in the lobby. The location is great, near the trendy Tremont St., pet friendly and very helpful front desk staff.

Cozy and Friendly. Do not be fooled by negative reviewers! I just stayed at the Chandler Inn and found it to be incredibly pleasant all around. Rooms are certainly not large, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is outstanding and helpful. The neighborhood is wonderful and the staff can direct you to the best spots for dining or walking. Housekeeping excellent. Certainly not for everyone, but for those looking for a nice place to stay for a few days, the Chandler Inn, for me, is ideal.
