The agent that took me to look at apartments in Boston was very nice. She showed me everything that she had access to that met my criteria. Unfortunately, this company does not have access to a lot of listings and most of the places they deal with are corporate. We didn't end up using their services, but the agent was very nice and responsive to questions and concerns. PROS: Friendly, Honest CONS: Not a lot of listings
