Worst renting experience ever.
If there is an option of 0 star, I'll give that to Fairfield.
Fairfield's female receptionist and the realtor Paul are two of the worst person I've met in Boston, EVER. They never respond to any of your renting problem and can do nothing but accepting rent every month.
My window has been not working properly since the day I moved in (almost two years ago) and I've been calling and emailing and asking in person for fixing for a thousand of times. They promised to fix it asap every time. At first, I believed them and waited. But they did not act upon it until my mom's hand got jammed by the window the third time and I really went mad and shouted at them. They sent a carpenter here and he said that the window needs to be replaced. However, two weeks passed and still nothing happened. When I called about it, the receptionist and Paul was so rude.... just so rude that I cannot believe what I've done to deserve such rudeness!!
When I leave, they even deny I paid a key deposit and won't return it to me. Run away from Fairfield .
No matter how appealing their price may seem. In the end you would regret it. There are many other realty in the back bay area. Just do not choose Fairfield .
