Great Help. I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman about some tabacco for my uncle who is coming from out of the country. Very helpful and polite. He even recomended a better tobacco then I was plannning on getting for the same price.

Rude service. I called this store, which I've visited a few times, to ask about the availability of Swedish snus, and the person who answered was incredibly rude and brusque. I guess he doesn't want customers.
