Excellent bike shop!

Since I ride an inexpensive bike I thought they would laugh at me when I brought it in for service. Instead they took my problems seriously and had my bike working great in a very short time. The mechanic was very thorough and explained everything in terms that made it easy for me to understand. When I came to pick up my repair the mechanic went over what was done and gave me some advise for avoiding similar bike troubles. The repair estimate was right on too. When I need to replace me current bike I?ll be shopping there. Good prices, great discount coupons downloadable from their website, excellent service and no attitude!!

I have never been in a bike shop with such backwards and horrible customer service, if you want to get HOSED with outrageous service prices shop here. If not, avoid this and go to another bike shop in Boston.
