Wasn't nearly as good as i was led to believe it would be. i thought this place was alright

i heard it was okay, so i decided to check it out on friday night. the comedians didn't impress me. they had second rate acts, just the same old jokes you hear all the time. i was surprised i could hear the comedy to be honest, it was very loud. there were to many drunks in the back, it was distracting and the drink prices were ridiculously high

I was actually impressed!!. I had some friends from out of town who heard good things about Nick's. After seeing the reviews here I was not looking forward to going. I'm stoked that i did!!! The last two comedians were real funny and made the trip into town worth it. Props to you guys! I will definitly be back to see you again. Are you there every weekend?

I'm not to sure about the accuracy of the reviews below. They either don't appreciate new school comedy... hence the, "its not the nick's it used to be". Do they want to to be like it was 10 years ago? Times have changed guy, so jump on the bandwagon. Oe, they were expecting a tier 1 comedy show in NYC. Either way....Don't be cheap...if you want cheap drinks then go to Jacob Wirth or the TAM down the street and laugh at the other patrons there.

Cheers Nick - I'll be back!

Not the Nick's I remember. Never again. Shows are in a very amateurish amateurish and very crude. The drinks are priced like a tourist trap and they rushed us out to let the dance crowd in like unwelcome guests who stayed to long

Below average & not worth the money. Everything in this club was below average; comedians, service, drinks. The comedians weren't only mindly funny and the service was bad. It was certainly not worth the money that I had spent by the end of the night.

Please don't bother, READ THIS. I worked in the Nightclub Bus. and I'll tell you this place is a trap. First of all the addmission price is out of this world. Then they tell you to get a drink from the waitress. When you get it, it is really weak. I went to the Bartender myself and tipped him 5 bucks and you still get the same thing. Most of all, the shows are all new commers or has beens. Save your mony and go to The Connection. What ever you dont do the Valet Parking.

Not the Nick's Comedy Stop of the 80's & 90's. Very disappointing night. I went to this club all the time when I was in collage. Saw the greats of comedy. Not anymore. It's a tourist trap with high prices, weak drinks, and lousy comedy. The crowd was drunk and loud and nobody told them to quiet down. The night was a total waste of time. The showroom isn't even the same room and the stage was like a table. Never again.

God what a ripoff this place was. The show was filthy and not very funny.. The place was full of drinks yelling at the stage and nobody tried to control them. Then drinks were twice as much as most clubs and week. The staff wasn't watch and the bartenders were yelling to waitress louder than the show. They rushed us out after show because they had a euro dance club atter the comedy. Lousy night
