The Scene – The sleek look (lots of black lacquer, mirrors, a black tile floor, Thai decorative objects kept minimal) suits this middlebrow part of Newbury nicely, though the long, narrow garden-level space tends to get very noisy as soon as one patron raises his voice and everyone else speaks up to be heard. Delicious Thai Food

I love Thai Food, and Thai Basil met all my expectations. They have delicious Pad Thai, as well as Yellow Curry Chicken. I go there at least 3 times a month. If you like Thai Food, you must try them! Highly recommended!

hate this restaurant very rude waiters

I will not go back to this restaurant again. The servers are all rude. This place is the worst Thai restaurant I have ever been to in the MA area.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

the waitresses were VERY RUDE the lady got our order wrong and when we tried to point it out she started screaming at us and said they didn't care if we never showed up again.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service.. plus when i tried to explain that its rude to scream and that the no.1 rule of business is customers are always right she said no they're not in this rest. we are! can you imagine? i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.. even the food has become less good than it used to..nothing special at all about this place..horrible expererience.. never again!
