“Location is perfect, too, as it's right in Copley and on a warm spring day the window seats provide and excellent view with a nice breeze.”
“Beadbasket has great variety of bread, chowder is good as I could taste clam stock flavor, they use real lum crab meat which is expensive for crab cake.”
“Their tea service was also extremely impressive.”
“I'd image dinner obviously getting a bit pricier, but totally worth it for the excellent food you're getting.”

“Turner Fisheris has the best chowder I've ever had, and Legal Seafoods could definitely learn a lot from this wonderful place.”
“Very elegant and comfortable dinning room with friendly waiters that knew what they were doing.”
“Great location and a nice room but the seafood was vastly overpriced and the lobster was overcooked.”
“The service was a bit slow.”
Wonderful Sunday Brunch!!. I LOVE the new Turner's Sunday brunch. So enjoyable and delicious, love the concept of the different courses, such a good price for the amount and quality of the food you receive. Their tea service was also extremely impressive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch brunch!
The Back Bay's swankiest seafood emporium provides fresh fish and a blow to its diners' expense accounts..
The Scene
Thanks to an extensive $3 million renovation, Turner Fisheries has an environment worthy of the aged scotch and $30 dishes favored by the upstairs Copley Westin's guests. Many diners come straight from the nearby Hynes Convention Center (or their beds) to slink into designer banquettes, some of which have views of Copley Square. When the Dow's had a particularly good day, broker types stop by the gorgeous lounge to down designer martinis or selections from the pricey, varied wine list.
The Food
Despite all the glitz, Turner's focus remains on super-fresh seafood, most of which arrives daily from all corners of the globe. If available, try the monkfish, served osso buco-style--on the bone and in a smoky broth. Other can't-miss items include award-winning clam chowder and flights of rare oysters. Liquor-spiked Jell-O shots and gourmet s'mores are just two of the whimsical, delectable desserts available.
Mother's Day Disaster!. Took Mom for Mother's Day brunch - very disappointed. Quality was awful - sushi out at room temperature, brunch with no omelette stations, no eggs, no breakfast meats, no fruit, no pasta, no carving stations, no toast. Ordered Eggs Benedict as entree - surprise - no canadian bacon and english muffin was hockey puck hard. Asked server why no canadian bacon? Response: Chef is Swiss. Oh. Asked for fresh order to avoid breaking tooth, got new order, same done ahead of time muffin. At $54 pp will never go again.
Looks good..tastes not so great. The apps. and dessert were very good. We had the crab cake and the creme burle. The entrees left a lot morer to be desired. The grilled swordfish and the scallops were bland and a bit tough. The service was a bit slow. To top it off, they put an extra charge for a glass of wine when we ordered the bottle.
great job. If you feel like typical New England food (like Legal Seafood), I really recommend this restaurnt. Beadbasket has great variety of bread, chowder is good as I could taste clam stock flavor, they use real lum crab meat which is expensive for crab cake. This restaurant is quite good and better than any other restaurant around there.
Turn Around. The food was excellent and the staff was acommodating, but considering there are numerous seafood restaurants in the area I suggest you find one with the same excellent food with a lower price....if paying $12 for one crabcake isn't out of your range...go for it!!
