State Street Store = Rude

I am a frequest BB customer and own and love many of their suits, shirts, pants and casual wear. I typically shop at the Newbury St store in Boston, but happened to be on State Street today after a meeting and I wanted to just grab a few shirts that I needed. That is the last time I will ever shop at this particular store. The "gentleman" that I worked with was just down right rude. I was sure about some particular measurements on a certain fit on one of their lines of shirts, but he was certain I was wrong, Conveniently, when I asked for him to show me the specs....he couldn't locate them. I'll stick to working with Patrick at the Newbury store.

Consistent and solid

I have been a brooks fan since I can remember, and although it went through a rough patch in the 90's, I think it is back now. Their suits are quite good, and a good value, and their formalwear is excellent. The looks is perhaps a bit whitebread, but they have done a great deal to stay current. I recently had a suit made in their "digital tailoring" department in NYC and have nothing but good thinkgs to say about the expreience. The fit is superb, material excellent and the service was great.
