I live in Atlanta, GA and can't find the kind of clothing I like and that fits me. But I found it at Betsy Jenney! While on a business trip I indulged myself and went shopping on Newbury Street. Most of the stores carried only a size 2 so I was quite disappointed until I walked into Betsy's fabulous store. I purchased a few sweaters and then became an addicted long distance shopper. Heidi is my new BPS (Best Personal Shopper!). She has helped me choose a number of pieces that she thought I would like and then ships me a goodie box for me to try on. Great customer service and I don't look like I have money! The store doesn't seem as organized as other boutiques I have visited, but the superior treatment and help I receive overcomes this small objection.
Pros: Good variety of clothing labels, superior customer service, will gladly help choose items and ship.
Cons: You will probably find the same line of clothing scattered about the store in different locations.

While the clothes are great (but expensive- it is Newbury Street) the snotty attitudes of the staff go to a whole new level--even for Newbury. I went with a friend to buy a dress. The staff ignored us; we were able to find a few choices. We crammed into one of 3 dressing rooms (others "occupied" by browsers' clothing). We were finishing when Attila the Saleslady, stormed into the dressing room, & demanded she needed space. The dressing room is in full view of the sales floor. We were happy to leave: problem was that we were NAKED. Hope that the folks shopping enjoyed the R rated view. There was no one waiting for the dressing room as we left in disgust. We're in our late 20s, were nicely dressed, and weren't behaving like spaz cases. Apparently, we didn't ooze money enough to appeal to the snotty sales staff.
Pros: nice selection
Cons: , rude unless your rich
