You're better off shopping for the same bags across the hall at Neiman Marcus and Saks! Even though it has a smaller collection then I would advise buying online or through a catalog but after experiencing the worse customer service at this Gucci store I found that Gucci has horrible service in general. I don't even buy Gucci but I had gotten a watch as a gift and it's taking me months to get it fixed under a warranty. I was sincerly disappointed and aggravated by having to wait 30 mins to get information I needed and the need for me to chase them down for about 1 month to make a simple fax to their watch repairer. The salespeople don't even bother to greet you if you don't look like you can afford to buy the bags in the first place.
Pros: Most selection of Gucci you can find
Cons: Horrible customer service
